The polyurethane scraping element of the Baromat Food complies with the requirements of the FDA- and EU-declaration of conformity of the food industry. All metal parts are made of stainless steel and thus meet the requirements of the EU-directives in food industry. Optionally, special mounting systems of the Baromat food enable a simple and quick cleaning of the scraper.
